TAVtech is a Tel Aviv-based fellowship program that equips the next generation of entrepreneurs with tangible, high-demand, technical skills in data science and cybersecurity. Fellows join a community of skilled entrepreneurs and make lifelong connections to other Fellows and Israel’s technology ecosystem.
The TAVTech Fellowship is managed and operated by the Bronfman Center of New York University, with operational support from NYU Tel Aviv, Onward Israel, and Israel Experience. TAVtech is an independent 501(c)(3) organization.
80 hours of intensive technical training. Instructors are affiliated with institutions such as Unit 8200 (Israel Defense Forces), Google Israel, Redis Labs, the Technion University, and Hebrew University.
Fellows build lifelong connections with young leaders from across the globe. Networking is facilitated by structured leadership development opportunities, such as TAVtech's weekend retreat.
Fellows live in a top global start-up economy and meet some of Israel's leading start-up founders, venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, researchers, and technology executives.
Entrepreneur office hours during the program provide Fellows an effective setting to meet the leaders defining Tel Aviv's dynamic start-up and social venture ecosystem.
Technical training culminates in a 3-day hackathon at Google Israel. Teams compete for investment from leading Venture Capitalists in Israel.
Upon successful completion, Fellows are eligible to join the alumni network, which hosts special events in New York (and in 2020, additional cities).
